  • MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)

  • MRA (Magnetic Resonance Angiography)

    • Focus: Blood vessels and circulation

    • Purpose: Checks for narrowing, aneurysms, clots, or blockages in arteries and veins

    • Example: Brain MRA visualizes blood vessel health to detect aneurysms or stroke risk

Yes. International patients can receive a VAT refund (10%) for certain Revital services at dermatology clinics. Please note that health check-up services and ophthalmology are not eligible for tax refund. SafeDoc’s dermatology partner clinics are global-friendly and can provide the necessary tax refund documents directly at the hospital.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Full Refund:

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment date are eligible for a 100% refund.


Partial Refund:

  • Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the appointment date: 50% refund of the paid amount.
  • Cancellations made 1 to 6 days before the appointment date: 30% refund of the paid amount.

No-Show (Non-Attendance):

If the reservation is canceled on the day of the appointment or if the patient fails to show up without prior notice, no refund will be issued.


Force Majeure:

In cases of natural disasters, war, government orders, or other circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill the purpose of travel or the check-up, a full refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation date.


Date Changes:

If a change request is made at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment date, the booking date may be rescheduled without additional charge, subject to availability.

You pay a 20% deposit in USD through SafeDoc at the time of booking. The remaining 80% is paid directly at the hospital in KRW on the day of your appointment.
On the SafeDoc website, payments can be made via PayPal (in USD). At the hospital in Korea, you can pay the remaining balance by credit card, debit card, or cash (in KRW)
